Crow Canyon is committed to providing excellent support to its customers. We offer a variety of support options to help you use our products as successfully as possible.

The license fees for our products include email support for 30 days after purchase. After the initial 30-day period, support is $95 per incident. The fees include maintenance releases and bug fixes for the version you purchase, but not upgrades to new releases.

Annual Support Contracts for CCS Network Inventory

We offer Annual Support Contracts for CCS Network Inventory. These Support Contracts are optional, but recommended. The pricing is $99 for up to 100 nodes. For any size over 100 nodes, the pricing is 18% of the license cost. For pricing, see this page.

  • Support Incidents:
    • 3 for the $99 contract
    • 6 for the "over 100 nodes" contract
  • Priority response time
  • Email support (with guaranteed response within one business day)
  • All updates within product version

Individual Support Calls

Without a Support Contract, each support call is $125
