Crow Canyon first focused on the Microsoft Exchange Server and Outlook environments, but once SharePoint rose to prominence as Microsoft’s collaboration platform, around 2007, the company expanded to providing applications and business services on SharePoint. Now, with the growing use of Office 365, Crow Canyon has again kept ahead by developing applications and tools that greatly enhance the capabilities of Office 365.

Job Description

As our company grows, we are working to expand our digital marketing team.

This job has the potential to turn into a ​full-time job.2/5 in the Office in Rhode Island, 3/5 remote working

Essential Duties

  • Increase relevant visitors to our website through keyword optimization
  • Research keywords and how our content is aligned with those
  • Research competitor sites, keyword usage, and ad spends
  • Expand your knowledge in SharePoint & Office 365
  • Write content based on new features  and keywords

Requirements

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, development, and IT colleagues to develop and execute strategic, integrated digital programs that drive business growth objectives through SEO content modifications and organic growth of keywords
  • Execute specific digital marketing tactics including web design, SEO/SEM, organic/paid social media advertising campaigns, etc. to help drive marketing programs
  • Write blog posts that center on products and keywords
  • Monitor Google Search Console and Google Adwords, and as well as Microsoft Bing Ads
  • Update website with SEMrush and Yoast suggestions to improve content and increase traffic.
  • A plus: using keyword analysis and existing content on the website to build short content animation videos

Experience

  • Digital competency and functional expertise across the core digital marketing pillars (web, paid advertising, SEM/SEO, social media, marketing automation, and data analytics) and how they’re used together to create an integrated digital customer experience
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or in progress) in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Marketing Communications preferred
  • 1-2 years digital marketing experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Office 365 – Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Bing Analytics, preferred
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation platform SEMrush
  • Eye for design and understanding the importance of branding, identity standards and quality production.
  • Ability to work as a strong team contributor
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
