Microsoft does not have a direct replacement for InfoPath. The closest option available from Microsoft is PowerApps. PowerApps was borne out of the Azure-focused LogicApps world. As such, it is not as directly tied to SharePoint as InfoPath (or NITRO Studio, for that matter!).
