Crow Canyon Software meets federal and state government requirements for secure and compliant operations.

Crow Canyon’s NITRO Studio and Business Applications utilize either Dedicated or Non-Dedicated Azure, as per customer requirements. Dedicated Azure runs entirely in the customer’s Azure network. Non-Dedicated Azure runs in a shared environment. Secure installations, such as the GCC High, typically use Dedicated Azure to isolate all data and activity within the customer’s cloud environment.

Dedicated Azure will not impact certifications, including FedRAMP. All services are installed in the customer’s Microsoft 365 tenant and Azure Government tenant. All data is retained within the environment. No external connections are required.

Please Note: Other third party resources may expose data outside of your M365 tenant and Azure tenant, such as invoking a web service or using Power Automate to export data. Crow Canyon is not liable for impacting certifications if you use such resources.

GSA Schedule 70 MAS Contracts Available

Crow Canyon Software announces that it has been awarded a General Services Administration (GSA) IT Schedule 70 contract for its NITRO Studio, a no-code workflow automation platform for the Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint platforms. The contract also includes Crow Canyon’s business applications and chatbot solutions for these platforms.

U.S. federal, state, local agencies, and federal contractors can now easily procure Crow Canyon solutions to manage, automate, and optimize business processes — quickly, easily, affordably, and securely.

Preferred Partner in Microsoft’s Office 365 Business Apps Program

The Business Applications Program showcases Microsoft Partners who provide superior solutions for SharePoint and Office 365. Microsoft’s goal with the showcase is to “equip customers with modern applications and drive adoption of Microsoft 365 tools.”

Crow Canyon Software was selected for both its out-of-the-box business applications and its NITRO Studio platform. Crow Canyon applications include help desk, service desk, and request management systems as well as HR and purchasing programs. NITRO Studio gives citizen developers the forms, workflows, reports, portals and other enhancements they need to create solutions in SharePoint and Office 365.
